Grant Rickard, Senior Director, Global Customer Services Delivery, Asia Pacific is responsible for Sun's Asia Pacific Support Services business unit, including customer satisfaction and financial results. Grant has been with Sun for over 18 years and part of the IT service industry for over 21 years. Joining Sun in 1990, Grant has worked in a variety of roles; Solution Centre Engineer, Sun Education Instructor, Enterprise Solutions Group Manager, ITOps Manager, Australian Mission Critical Ops Manager, Sun Services Marketing Manager, and Asia Pacific Solution Centre Manager. More recently he was Director, APAC Customer Enabled Services. Prior to Grant's Sun appointments, he worked for Sigma Data/Unisys providing technical support for Sequent computer systems. Grant holds a B.Eng in Radio Engineering from UTS, Sydney and Advanced Management Program from Melbourne Business School, Mt Eliza.
