Guidelines pertaining to judging:
Each team is required to report at least 1 hour before their slot for registration and testing of applications at the holding room.
- Each team is given 20 minutes (5 mins for setup, 10 mins for presentation, 5 mins for Q&A session)
Timing will be strictly adhered to and a penalty will be given to the teams which exceed their allotted time.
- The dress code for each team member is smart casual.
- Teams are required to bring their own laptop(s) and other equipments (eg. laser pointer, speakers) for their presentation.
- A table will be set up in the judging room for each team to place their laptop(s) and equipments (if any).
- Internet connection (LAN cable) will be provided in the judging room and holding room.
- Projector and visualizer will be provided for each team's presentation in the judging room.
- An A2 signage indicating the team's name will be placed at the front of the room.
- A countdown timer will be displayed on a monitor visible to the presenting team.
- The organizer will not be able to give the teams open access to ports on other computers.
- Only the three team members, one team facilitator and up to two lecturers from the team's institution can watch the team's presentation in the judging room
Note: the same equipment provided for the judging room mentioned above will also be provided on the stage at the Main Lecture Theatre for the top 6 teams’ presentations.

Note: The top six teams will be required to present again on stage during the result announcement and award presentation ceremony on 18 June to an audience which will consist of fellow participants, industry partners, student and commercial developers and judges.
All 31 participating teams are required to attend the result announcement and award presentation ceremony and come prepared with their equipments and presentation materials by 1.20pm on 18 June.
The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the challenge.
